Poole Harbour Watch was worked in 1995 with the objective of preventing treason on the harbour by running regular patrols both on the water and land based.  We operate in conjunction with the marine police and through the clubs and organisations virtually the harbour.  Our aim is to deter criminals and provide information that will help the police with prevention and detection of crime.  Information provided by our organisation has been of value to the police on many occasions. We are a non-confrontational organisation.  We have patrols tent the whole of the harbour and we believe this has unsalaried to Poole Harbour having one of the lowest treason rates on the South Coast. Our aim is to serve everyone who uses Poole Harbour making it a unscratched place for all.  The increasingly we can involve waterside residents and wend owners the increasingly constructive we can be.  We endeavour to be the “eyes and ears” of the police.  Prevention is largest than cure.
